O.O I just wierded myself out. Sigh.

Anyways, I have a new mp3 player. His name is Zune. Respect him. And his elder, the Ghetto Player.

And I got the first two seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Sheer unadulterated goodness.

Power.

Or, much more importantly, heat. I love it. Those of you that have seen me on any day below 50 degrees realize that heat is healthy for me and anyone within hearing range. 'Nuff said.

And now that the power's back, I can type up my essay. Yay! Got it two thirds done before the internet showed back up.

Good news is, the internet's up and I can get my research done. Bad news is, I'm easily distracted. So, over the next couple of days, if I ignore any IM's or such don't take it personal. I just love my grade more than you people. XD Just kidding, kidding.

No school tomorrow! WOOT! I'm sooo happy, and I can safely say the rest of the school district is with me on this one. Sleep in, avoid work, and eat turkey! What more of a holiday could a girl ask for?

Good news is, I'm no longer feeling so writing-impaired, so I'll work something up this week. And I need to edit my fanfic and add a new chapter. For my editor/bossoflife, I'll work on either KARAK or Awakening, possible Babylon. Definetly, there will be words.

Alright, here's an update on my life for those of you who never see me or are incapable of taking a hint. Or I haven't ranted at. XD

-I gots a funneh wolfman for a boyfriend. ^-^ Yay!

-Dad's leaving for Haiti tomorrow, won't be back for at least a week. Doesn't look like he's bringing Joseph back with him. *fume*

-I'm supposed to be writing on a number of stories. I know. I respect your death threats, I do. But you have no idea how ridiculously hard it was to even get this stupid post started. Mebbe I need like...a jumpstart or something. *shrugs*

-And I'm pretty tired. So, the end.

Taylor learned what a glomp is today. It was my fault. Sort of. ^-^ Basically, I mentioned it for some reason in conversation, and he asked what it was. I couldn't believe he didn't know, and asked him if he wanted to learn. At his affirmitive, I smiled most mischeviously and told him to keep walking. O.O AND HE DID. Totally his fault. It was fun though. I think I about scared his heart out of his ribcage. 'Bout knocked over someone else in the crowd. Oops.

Life? What life? All I have time for is BAND.

XD Actually, I had a pretty fun time last yesterday. We were out in Webb City all day, and the first half of the day nearly bored me to violence. We showed up a NINE AM. Didn't march until NOON. THis means we were sitting around sweating in our polyester uniforms of DOOM for four hours.

That wasn't the fun part. After that, we ran around the festival (here meaning we sat in the bleachers and commented on the pretty flags and decieded which outfits we were going to steal.) for a while. It was our whole bandie group-myself, Avari, Ivy, and...(shoot. She has no character in Karak.) The one that hates pink.

Our group was joined by a really tall guy, Josh. Josh is fun to bother. He also is a werewolf. The end.

I think my blog is suffering from benign neglect.

Thus, I must think of new and interesting things to write about.

I'm pretty sure that all of you blog readers have heard the Gatorade story, if not, catch me tomorrow, because I'm throwing away my prop.

I put my hand down to pet Bella and found I didn't need to lean down to find her head.

I'm actually decently ahead in Kez's class.

Kez is going through a hard time, so I will poke no fun at his class.

As has been mentioned elsewhere, band has moved to 7:30 practice. This is a VERY GOOD thing.

I'm on a mission to write a fluff scene between Kaida and Ryu. Ryu is not a fluffy sort of guy.

Okay, so as most (all, more likely than not) of my readers know, my life of late has been dedicated to homework. Good news is, I'm caught up on my ID's and now have a shot at life.

3 tests tomorrow and Dad signed me up for ACT in October.

I will attempt to do writing of some type, be it fanfic or something that pleases my editor. Really, I'd take any creative bursts at this point.

It's 8:27. I've been working on homework since 3. With a stop for dinner, mebbe 45 minutes. Fun times.

More stuff-Bella keeps growing. A LOT. Like, she's not really easily picked up anymore.

I need to write, I know. Just, this whole...time thing...escapes me at the moment.

And....That's 'bout it. Can't think of anything amazingly interesting to say, mebbe I'll call you people and set sumfin up for the weekend, provided I'm still alive at that point.

OH NO! School started today. ^^ Yay for upperclassmenness. Say that five times fast. :D
I am realizing that I took A LOT of hard classes, but my load's lighter than some of my friends so...wow.

Um...Anatomy shall be fun, we're going cat hunting!

My CA teacher wants to read a detailed two page essay about me. No thank you.

And Bipp finally made me get rolling on my fanfic.

Mountains are tall.

It's true, I kid you not. I actually got some kind of wierd altitude sickness, which involved me thinking all the mountains were going to avalance simontaneously as we drove by. Oh well. It was over in like a day and then me and the mountains were the bosomest of pals.

By which I mean, I climbed on them and they didn't kill me. In return, every time I saw a mountain, I tugged on the nearest sleeve and insisted they enjoy the beauteous view.

Only downside is, all those pretty views are a days drive away. Which makes me all cramped and sweaty and not liking the van. But then I bought Eclipse. And I'm all better now.

This one time...at band camp...

Believe it or not, I've been ACTUALLY GOING to band camp as of late, and it's actually been sort of fun. Mostly because it only goes to noon and I get to use my section leader powers. Speaking of which, I need to call up some band slackers. *cough cough* Courtney *cough cough*

-There's a buncha new freshmen, most of which I like. The guy flute wierds me out a little bit, and NO it's not just because he's a guy. He's just wierd. *hides behind flute*

- I'm remembering NAMES! HAha! Sarah, Lynn(could be spelling that wrong), Liz, and Steve, (aka the apathetic one, aka the nameless one.) Lynn's taken to calling me Lacer, because my shoe was untied at some point two days ago. *shrugs* Oh well. She's calling Jess Tinker. Guess why?

I went....TO THE HOSPITAL!! *dun dun duuun*

It's true, I DID go to the hospital yesterday and I was there a good 11 and a half hours. Okay, having gotten out my shocking you guys need, I shall continue. While I was at the hospital, I job-shadowed Mom, which was kewl, but WAY different than working at a vet's clinic. I can't write very well now, so you'll get the list of DOOM again.

-I watched a heart bypass surgery. Basically, they take all the blood vessels pumping stuff to and from your heart and divert it to this AMAZING machine that keeps you alive while the surgeon reattatches things the way he want them, and by the end of it, you get your blood back and your heart's working better. Way cool.

-I watched a 18-month-old have a penny pulled out of her throat, which was SCARY, 'cause if the doctor'd pushed the coin in any farther it would have killed the patient. O.O Also, babies don't like I.V.'s.

-I got to eatch Mom thump a semi-conscious patient on the chest ant demand that she cough, which made me wanna laugh. In fact, as soon as we were out of the patient's hearing range, I did so.

-I probably walked like 12 miles, because Mom moves from case to case, which all are on different floors. So I did work my lunch off. *shrugs*

-The hospital has A LOT of people in it, just in case none of you people realized that. I didn't.

Hello again! Everybody miss me? Puerto Rico was way kewl-I shall make a list.

-The church we were staying in ended up having AC in part of it. Guess where I slept?

-There were in fact, five showers to go on instead of one, so that was lovely.

-I hung out with this girl named Meredith, who is fun and you guys will have to meet at some point.

-My Spanish did not get me killed, and it was ocasionally helpful, though I did have to repeat a lot of things and tell everyone to speak SLOWLY and use small words.

-There was an excellent translator guy that hung out with me and Meredith, who made up for my lack of Spanish skills. :D Yay Elizier! *He has a fantasy book name*

-There were mangoes EVERYWHERE, like just lying on the road and rotting, which made me very sad, but then again, there were plenty to go around, so I got my mango fix for the week.

-Finally, salsa dancing is fun, even if you stink at it.

OOOKKKAYyyy....I'm back!

Saw a buncha surgeries and didn't feel the need to puke.

Hung out with my cousins in KC.

Got bored on the car trip back and sang to Mom so she wouldn't pass out. Then she went and got some caffiene instead.

Okay, so----I'm going out of town tomorrow and I'll stay out 'till the July 11 or 12. Then I'll go and work in Puerto Rice July 14-21. AAAHHHH!!!

No air conditioning and my spanish is going to get me killed. XD

Rain

Okay- I have a spume to get out of my system. And since you guys are my friends you all know that's a perfectly legal sound effect to use when describing whining.

So-this rain. I like storms. I LOVE storms. In most case, I'd rather watch a good storm than a movie. But the rain...just keeps....coming. It's like a wave of zombies or something! AUGH! Okay, I'm done now.

Bella is officially home, and is cute even when she chews on your shoes or poops on the kitchen floor. And BE AMAZED- she can sit in your lap! *Gasp* Probably not that big of a deal for you small dog havers, but it's kewl for me. :D

Bella comes home tomorrow! W00t! We went collar and leash shopping, as Mom realized that since Bella is out first girl dog, ever, that we should at leat guarentee that she has good taste in collars. :P

Okay, so we have to wait another week for Bella to come home. Bleh. Apparently the airlines think that seven weeks is too young to fly for dogs. Ha! As if. All she has to do is sit in the crate and chase her tail.

What else....OH! I got a smoothie machine, which I am planning on making use of muchly, so next time you guys visit, remind me and I'll whip you something up.

And....I learned about....the mysteries of second gear today. Very exciting. And before you ask, no I did not run the truck into anything. So there.

A PUPPY!

We're getting a puppy as of this weekend. :D I'm SOO excited. Anyways, she'll be flying in from Ohio, so this ought to be interesting. She's an Italian mastiff like Aldo was, and ish muy cute. Let's see if I can get a picture to work...there's Isabella!
